Hello,
Axis bank CREDIT CARD facilities are very poor.
I was holding the CREDIT CARD of AXIS Bank. I have called them so many times to activate the net banking to pay the bills so I should not waste my time going to different centers for payment. There was no follow up after my call from the customer care and I waste all my money and got long bill of my mobile. I have also sent them many emails but no follow up after that also.
Even after closing the account they are still sending the bills to me. I have sent them an email regarding this but still there is no follow-up. I have all the logs if anybody is interested for the same.I request everybody that NEVER USE AXIS CREDIT CARD. They are very very bad.
