Lost Card Liability

Platinum Credit Card holder will have nil lost card liability on reporting the loss of the card to HSBC and ICICI Lombard. You are also covered for misuse of your platinum Credit Card upto 24 hrs before reporting and registering for Rs 300000. However charges incurred before 24 hrs will be borne by the cardholder.

Online Fraud Protection

Platinum Credit Card holders will also be covered for Rs 300000 for your card misused online for as long as the claim is reported and registered within 15 days from the statement period end date, mentioned on the credit card statement bearing details of fraudulent transactions.
