• It guarantees you coverage till the age of 80 years.

• The minimum age at entry for you, your spouse and parents is 18 years and maximum is 65 years.

• The minimum age at entry for children is 3 months to 17years.

• The maximum age at entry for you, your spouse and parents is 80 years and maximum age at entry for children is 25 years.

• You, your spouse and 3 dependent children or parents are eligible for this plan.

• The tenure of this policy is of 3 years.

• The premium payment term is 3 years for a regular premium payment with guaranteed insurability at the end of every policy term.

• The minimum and the maximum premium to be paid depends up on the age and gender of the person.

• In case of hospitalization of any of the family member, this plan provides you with per day hospitalization expense and ICU allowance.

• The plan provides a comprehensive surgical cover for a number of surgeries. These are fixed benefits and not linked to your actual expenses.

• This plan covers you in addition to any other health plan that you may have including mediclaim policies.

• This plan can be renewed till you and your spouse is 78 years old and your children are 23 years old.
