The card is like any other co branded card offering major discounts on purchase at Vishal Mega Mart. Apart from discount benefits at the store the card has nothing new or exclusive to offer its users.

The card offers welcome gimmick in the form of discount voucher. Surprisingly the voucher is valid only if one makes a minimum purchase of double the voucher amount. As for the card Reward Points program you earn five Reward Points on every Rs 100 spent at Vishal Mega Mart stores. For expenses elsewhere you earn one point for every Rs 100 spent. This implies that the card can save you money only if purchases are made at Vishal Mega Mart stores.

The card does not state any other rewards redemption offers and cannot be redeemed at any other outlet or for any other purpose like dining benefits, travel benefits, etc.

The card when compared to other co branded cards belonging to the same category like HSBC Spencer's Happy Ties Classic Card and Citibank First Citizen Credit Card falls short of expectations with regards to privileges and benefits on offer.
